Welcome to Zwintee. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of zwintee.com and your purchase of products from Zwintee.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Zwintee
Zwintee is an independent online retailer offering football-inspired clothing, accessories, wall art and gifts.
Many of our products are produced on demand by third-party manufacturing and fulfilment partners after an order is placed.
Unless expressly stated on an individual product page, Zwintee products are independent designs and are not official merchandise of any football club, league, federation, competition, player or other rights holder.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order through Zwintee, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are purchasing products for lawful purposes.
If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract in your country, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, images, dimensions and other information as accurately as possible.
However, minor variations may occur because of:
- Different screen and display settings.
- Printing and manufacturing processes.
- Different garment sizes.
- Product positioning during printing.
- Production batches.
- Different fulfilment facilities.
These minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Please review the product description, available sizes, measurements, colours and other relevant information before ordering.
4. Print-on-Demand Products
Many Zwintee products are made on demand. This means production normally begins after we receive and accept your order.
Because products may be manufactured at different fulfilment facilities, the appearance of packaging, production location and shipping carrier may vary between orders.
Products from the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may change, discontinue or temporarily remove a product, size, colour or variation at any time.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order and we cannot reasonably fulfil it, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include cancellation and a refund for the unavailable item.
6. Prices
Product prices are displayed on the website in the currency selected or available for your region.
Prices may change at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or other charges that we collect will be displayed during checkout where reasonably possible.
7. Pricing Errors
Despite reasonable efforts, a product may occasionally be displayed with an incorrect price or other obvious error.
If we discover a material pricing error before accepting or fulfilling your order, we may contact you to:
- Confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price; or
- Cancel the affected item and issue any applicable refund.
Nothing in this section affects rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Taxes, VAT and Customs Charges
Taxes may be included in the displayed price or calculated during checkout depending on your location, the products ordered and applicable law.
For international deliveries, an order may also be subject to import duties, customs fees, handling fees or local taxes imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not collected by Zwintee during checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying them before or upon delivery.
Zwintee does not control charges independently imposed by customs authorities or local carriers.
9. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart subject to these Terms & Conditions.
After your order is submitted, you may receive an automatic acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.
An automatic order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- There is an obvious pricing or product-information error.
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment activity.
- The delivery address cannot be serviced.
- The order violates applicable law or these Terms & Conditions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount due for the cancelled products.
10. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Zwintee may not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient authority or funds to complete the transaction.
11. Order Confirmation
After an order is successfully accepted, we may send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.
Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
12. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because many products are sent to production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once production has started.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@zwintee.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified after production has begun.
This section does not remove any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to consumers under applicable law.
13. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Depending on your country of residence, applicable consumer law may give you a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within a specified period after receiving the goods.
Where such mandatory rights apply, they take priority over any conflicting provision in these Terms & Conditions.
Certain legal exceptions may apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised products.
The fact that a standard product is produced after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove statutory consumer rights where applicable law provides otherwise.
For further information about returns and refunds, please review our Refund & Return Policy.
14. Personalised Products
Some products may offer personalisation options such as names, numbers, messages or other customer-selected details.
You are responsible for checking all personalised information carefully before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for spelling, formatting or other errors submitted and approved by the customer unless the final product differs from the information provided to us.
Where applicable law provides an exception to cancellation rights for personalised or custom-made goods, that exception may apply.
Personalised products remain covered by statutory rights relating to faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly produced goods.
15. Production Times
Estimated production times may be displayed on product or shipping pages.
Production times are estimates and may vary because of:
- Product availability.
- Order volume.
- Production capacity.
- Quality-control checks.
- Public holidays.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Production time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
16. Shipping and Delivery
Zwintee offers worldwide delivery to destinations supported by our fulfilment and shipping partners.
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout where available.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders may be delivered by different carriers depending on:
- Destination.
- Product type.
- Production facility.
- Available shipping method.
Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.
17. Separate Shipments
Products in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and may therefore arrive in separate packages.
Receiving one part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining products have been lost or omitted.
Where available, separate tracking information may be provided for individual shipments.
18. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please verify your:
- Name.
- Street address.
- House or apartment number.
- Postal or ZIP code.
- City.
- Country.
- Telephone number where required.
If an order is returned, delayed or cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, additional charges may apply if reshipping is requested.
19. Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Carrier disruption.
- Customs processing.
- Severe weather.
- Public holidays.
- Transport disruption.
- Strikes.
- Natural disasters.
- Government action.
- Other events affecting transport or production.
If you experience a significant delivery problem, contact us so that we can investigate where reasonably possible.
Your statutory rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.
20. Lost or Damaged Orders
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly produced, or if a shipment appears to have been lost, please follow the procedures described in our Refund & Return Policy.
We may require photographs, tracking information or other reasonable evidence before approving a replacement or refund.
21. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise non-conforming where those rights cannot legally be excluded.
22. Promotions and Discount Codes
Zwintee may occasionally offer promotional prices, discount codes or special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Discount codes may have an expiry date.
- Some products may be excluded.
- Only one promotional code may be accepted per order.
- Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.
Promotions do not affect statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
23. Gift Cards
If Zwintee offers gift cards, vouchers or store credit, additional conditions displayed when the card or credit is issued may apply.
Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
24. Accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Keeping your password confidential.
- Restricting unauthorised access to your account.
- Informing us if you suspect unauthorised activity.
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud or address a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.
25. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Zwintee website and content created by Zwintee, including original graphics, photographs, text, branding, website design and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Zwintee and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes.
You may not, without appropriate permission:

Zwintee is an independent retailer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Zwintee is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected to any football club, football association, league, competition, player, manufacturer or other third-party rights holder.
Football club names, player names, logos, badges, competition names and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
References to football clubs or related terms may be used where legally permitted for identification, description, commentary or other lawful purposes and should not be interpreted as an assertion of official affiliation.
If you are a rights holder and believe that content available on Zwintee infringes your intellectual-property rights, please contact contact@zwintee.com with sufficient information to identify the relevant content and the rights concerned.
27. User Reviews and Submitted Content
If Zwintee allows customers to submit reviews, photographs or other content, you must only submit content that you have the right to provide.
You must not submit content that:
- Is unlawful.
- Infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights.
- Contains malicious software or harmful code.
- Contains abusive, threatening or discriminatory material.
- Contains another person’s personal information without appropriate permission.
We may remove submitted content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or enforce these Terms & Conditions.

- Carry out fraudulent transactions.
- Harvest customer or website data without lawful authority.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
29. Website Availability
We aim to keep Zwintee available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security updates, technical problems or other operational reasons.
30. Third-Party Services and Links
Zwintee may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, delivery providers and social-media platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or independent practices of third-party websites that are outside our control.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
31. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using Zwintee, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy and in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
32. Cookies
Zwintee uses cookies and similar technologies for website functionality and, where applicable and permitted, analytics, preferences and marketing.
Further information is available in our Cookie Policy and cookie settings.
33. Our Responsibility to Consumers
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
This includes any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Where legally permitted, Zwintee will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
34. Business Purchases
If you purchase products wholly or mainly for business, commercial or resale purposes, certain consumer protections described in these Terms & Conditions may not apply.
Please contact us before placing large commercial or resale orders.
35. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Such events may include:
- Natural disasters.
- War or civil unrest.
- Government restrictions.
- Transport disruption.
- Major carrier failures.
- Industrial action.
- Power or telecommunications failures.
- Severe weather.
- Public-health emergencies.

This section does not remove statutory remedies that remain available under applicable consumer law.

Please include your order number and sufficient information for us to understand and investigate the issue.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints directly with customers.
37. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, nothing in these Terms & Conditions deprives you of mandatory protections granted by the laws that apply to you and cannot legally be excluded by contract.
Any jurisdiction provision in these Terms & Conditions is subject to mandatory rights consumers may have to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
38. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.
39. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
40. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect:
- Changes to our products or services.
- Changes to our fulfilment or payment processes.
- Changes to applicable laws.
- Security or technical requirements.
