Zwintee ships football-inspired clothing, accessories, posters and gifts to customers worldwide. Many of our products are made on demand, which means they are produced specifically after an order is placed.
This Shipping Policy explains how production, shipping, delivery, tracking, customs and delivery issues are handled.
1. Where We Ship
Zwintee offers worldwide shipping to most countries and territories supported by our production and delivery partners.
Shipping availability may vary depending on:
- The destination country or region.
- The product ordered.
- The fulfilment facility producing the item.
- Carrier availability.
- Local restrictions.
- International transport disruptions.
If we are unable to ship a particular product to your destination, this will normally be indicated during checkout or we will contact you after your order is placed.
2. Made-to-Order Production
Many Zwintee products are produced on demand rather than stored as finished inventory.
This means your order normally goes through two separate stages:
- Production: your product is printed or manufactured.
- Shipping: the completed product is handed to a carrier for delivery.
Production time is therefore separate from shipping time.
Production may take longer during busy periods, product launches, holidays or when additional quality-control checks are required.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for an order includes both the time required to produce the product and the time required for the carrier to deliver it.
Where available, estimated delivery information is displayed during checkout or in your order information.
Please remember that all delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual delivery times can vary depending on:
- Your destination.
- The product ordered.
- The production location.
- The shipping method.
- Carrier delays.
- Customs processing.
- Public holidays.
- Weather conditions.
- High-volume shopping periods.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Any mandatory delivery rights available under the consumer laws applicable to you remain unaffected.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on factors including:
- The delivery destination.
- The number and type of products ordered.
- The production location.
- The shipping method available.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where free shipping or another shipping promotion is available, any applicable conditions will be stated with the offer.
5. Worldwide Fulfilment
Zwintee works with third-party production and fulfilment partners that may manufacture products from facilities in different countries.
Whenever possible, an order may be produced at a facility located closer to the delivery destination. However, local production cannot be guaranteed.
The fulfilment location used may depend on:
- Product availability.
- Selected size or colour.
- Production capacity.
- Delivery destination.
- Available printing or manufacturing technology.
6. Orders May Arrive Separately
If your order contains several products, they may be produced at different facilities or become ready for shipment at different times.
As a result, a single order may arrive in multiple packages.
This is normal and does not necessarily mean that part of your order is missing.
Where tracking is available, separate tracking details may be provided for individual shipments.
7. Order Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipping method, you will normally receive tracking information after your order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the shipping confirmation is issued.
International shipments may also be transferred between carriers. For example, one carrier may transport the parcel internationally while a local postal service completes the final delivery.
Tracking updates may temporarily pause during these handovers.
8. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Whether these charges apply depends on factors including:
- The destination country.
- The value of the shipment.
- The type of products ordered.
- The origin of the shipment.
- Local customs and tax rules.
Where duties or taxes are collected by Zwintee during checkout, they will be shown as part of your order where applicable.
If charges are not collected during checkout, the customer or recipient may be required to pay them directly to the carrier, postal service or customs authority.
Zwintee does not control fees independently imposed by customs authorities or local delivery providers.
9. Customs Delays
International shipments may occasionally be delayed while passing through customs.
Customs authorities may require additional information from the recipient before releasing a package.
If contacted by a customs authority or delivery carrier regarding your shipment, please respond promptly to avoid additional delays or the package being returned.
10. Correct Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Before completing checkout, please verify:
- Your full name.
- Street name and number.
- Apartment or unit number where applicable.
- City.
- Postal or ZIP code.
- Country.
- Telephone number where required.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@zwintee.com.
Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has been submitted.
11. Orders Returned Because of an Incorrect Address
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect, incomplete or invalid address, the parcel may be returned to the fulfilment facility.
If reshipping is possible, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs where permitted by applicable law.
Please contact us if tracking indicates that your order is being returned.
12. Unclaimed Packages
A package may be returned if it is not collected from a delivery point, postal facility, customs office or other designated collection location within the carrier’s required timeframe.
If an unclaimed package is returned and reshipping is available, additional shipping charges may apply.
13. Delivery Attempts
Depending on the carrier and destination, delivery may require someone to be present at the address.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may:
- Attempt delivery again.
- Leave the package in a safe location.
- Deliver it to a neighbour.
- Take it to a local collection point.
- Return it to the sender.
Please follow the carrier’s tracking information and delivery instructions.
14. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please first:
- Check around the delivery address.
- Check any safe delivery locations.
- Ask members of your household.
- Check with neighbours.
- Contact the local delivery carrier.
A package marked as delivered by the carrier is not automatically considered lost.
If you still cannot locate the shipment after completing these checks, contact us at contact@zwintee.com and we will review the situation.
15. Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived and appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Your full delivery address.
- Any available tracking information.
- A description of the issue.
We may ask you to contact the local carrier or postal service before a lost-shipment claim can be completed.
If the shipment is confirmed as lost and the claim is eligible, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer law.
16. Damaged Packages or Products
If your parcel or product arrives damaged, please take clear photographs before disposing of the packaging.
Contact us within 30 days of receiving the order and include:
- Your order number.
- Photographs of the damaged product.
- Photographs of the packaging where relevant.
- A description of the problem.
Eligible damaged or defective products will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
17. Shipping Delays
Occasional delays can occur after a package leaves the production facility.
Potential causes include:
- Customs inspections.
- Carrier backlogs.
- Weather disruption.
- Transport disruption.
- Public holidays.
- Strikes.
- Local delivery problems.
- Natural disasters.
- International events affecting transportation.
If your estimated delivery date has passed, first check the tracking information provided with your order.
If there has been no meaningful tracking update for an extended period, contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.
18. Delivery to Remote Locations
Some remote regions, islands, military addresses or territories may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times.
Additional carrier restrictions may also apply depending on the destination.
Available options will normally be shown during checkout where our shipping system supports the destination.
19. P.O. Boxes and Special Addresses
Whether delivery to a P.O. Box, military address or similar address is available depends on the carrier and destination country.
If the selected shipping method does not support your address, you may be asked to provide an alternative delivery address.
20. Shipping Restrictions
Although Zwintee aims to offer worldwide shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery to every country or territory at all times.
Shipping may be restricted or suspended because of:
- International sanctions or legal restrictions.
- Carrier limitations.
- War or civil unrest.
- Natural disasters.
- Transport disruption.
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order cannot legally or practically be delivered, we may cancel the affected order and issue any refund due.
21. Order Changes After Shipping
Once a package has been shipped, Zwintee generally cannot change:
- The delivery address.
- The shipping method.
- The recipient.
- The products inside the shipment.
You may be able to request certain delivery changes directly from the carrier, but availability depends on the carrier and destination.
22. Production and Shipping During Peak Periods
Production and shipping may take longer during periods of unusually high demand, including:
- Christmas and holiday periods.
- Major promotional events.
- Large football tournaments.
- Product launches.
- Periods of exceptional carrier demand.
We recommend placing time-sensitive orders as early as possible.
23. Time-Sensitive Orders and Gifts
If you are purchasing a product for a birthday, match, holiday or other specific event, please order early enough to allow for both production and shipping.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Zwintee cannot guarantee that an order will arrive before a particular event solely because an estimated delivery date falls before that event.
24. Shipping and Refunds
Shipping-related refund and replacement claims are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Where applicable consumer law provides additional rights relating to delivery, cancellation, replacement or refunds, those rights remain unaffected.
25. Consumer Delivery Rights
This Shipping Policy does not exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights.
Where applicable law requires delivery within a specific period, gives you rights when an order is significantly delayed, or provides a right to cancel following non-delivery, those legal rights take priority over any conflicting provision in this policy.
